World Editing

Some more progress has been made on the new World Manager. Unlike the old paging tile loader, where you were limited to the tile size, geometry queries are now made within a customizable sized sphere around the player. So the 2D tile boundary checks no longer apply, this also means the loading direction is in 3D(For those that want to do flying into outer-space). Rough tools for object placement have also been implemented, you can move/rotate objects (selected object is highlighted as shown in Screenshot) and save them. A GUI for object creation still has to be developed. There is also code for importing world and tile files, for batch importing of scenes, which needs a GUI as well still.
